Antonia Angress is a National Book Foundation 5 Under 35 honoree and a recipient of the Abraham Woursell Award, a five-year international literary grant for young writers of exceptional promise. Her debut novel, Sirens & Muses, was a finalist for the Minnesota Book Award, and her work has been supported by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Minnesota State Arts Board. She is a graduate of Brown and earned her MFA in fiction from the University of Minnesota. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Costa Rica, she lives with her family in Minneapolis.
